We offer both. Most clients choose supply and install, which includes on-site installation, quality checks and coordination with your project schedule. We also supply only, for builders with their own installation teams.
Yes. We regularly work with structural engineers, architects and certifiers. We can work from your engineer's specifications, coordinate directly with them on technical details and provide the documentation needed for compliance and certification. If you don't have an engineer yet, we can recommend one.
Yes. For most projects we recommend a site visit to verify measurements, check access and note any site-specific issues, so the quote is accurate. For straightforward projects with detailed plans, we can sometimes quote from drawings alone.
Yes, for builders and contractors who have their own installation teams. We fabricate the steelwork to your specifications, prepare it for installation and coordinate delivery to your site. Supply-only work includes detailed installation drawings and technical support.
Lead times are typically 2-6 weeks. They depend on the scope of fabrication work, our current workload, material availability, finish requirements (powder coating adds time), engineer approvals and site access scheduling. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated.
We provide the documentation needed for compliance, including fabrication drawings, material certificates, weld certifications and installation records. We work directly with certifiers and engineers so the steelwork meets Australian Standards (AS/NZS 1554, AS 4100, AS 1657). Our installations are backed by professional indemnity insurance.
Based in North West Sydney, we service all of Greater Sydney and regional NSW, from Forster and Port Stephens in the north, through Newcastle and the Central Coast, to Wollongong and the Southern Highlands. Our workshop is at Unit 3, 7 Dowling Place, South Windsor NSW 2756. For regional projects we plan fabrication, delivery and installation scheduling upfront.
